In this dynamic Pilates class, we specifically train fascial elasticity. With elastic movements, active stretching impulses, athletic sequences and the use of a massage ball, we releas adhesions, improve mobility and increase performance. Strenght, stability and mobility combine to create an intense flow. All levels are welcome.

Lymphatic Flow is a gentle, low-impact class designed to support circulation, reduce water retention and stimulate the lymphatic system through intentional movement and breath. The class combines fluid sequences, light activation and stretching to help the body release tension, improve mobility and feel lighter in the body. It’s a moment to slow down, reconnect and restore energy.
