I was born and raised in Italy, in Lake Como.
As beautiful as it looked from the outside, I often experienced it as a hostile environment where I struggled to fully feel like myself.
And unlike many Pilates teachers, movement was not always part of my life.
In 2021, I moved to Munich to start my career in e-commerce. Like many people moving abroad, I found it difficult to build a sense of community and belonging. I started joining English-speaking workout classes simply as a way to feel connected — both to others and to myself.
But everything changed in 2023, when I was diagnosed with panic disorder, a condition I still live with today.
That moment completely reshaped my priorities and the way I approached my wellbeing. I began focusing deeply on movement, nutrition, nervous system regulation and holistic practices that could support both body and mind.
What initially started as a personal journey slowly became a passion, and eventually today, a new direction.
Through Pilates and the wellness world, I found something I had been searching for for a long time: connection, grounding, energy and community.
The Joyful Method is my personal tribute to Friendship, Pilates, and my holistic passion for health and wellbeing.
Inspired by my own journey, I developed signature classes that combine classical Pilates foundations with fascia-focused movement, lymphatic activation, breathwork and mindful mobility.
For me, movement is not only about becoming stronger physically, but also about feeling more connected, energised and supported — not only individually but mostly as a community.
